1. General Terms & Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the fd66 platform and all associated services. By accessing the fd66 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name for deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• All account verification steps have been completed.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• The withdrawal method is consistent with the deposit method.

4.3 Reasons for Rejection

fd66 may suspend or cancel a withdrawal in the following cases: account verification is incomplete; fraud is suspected; evidence of a terms violation is found; or an active investigation is ongoing on the account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fd66 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳8,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms — please read the relevant terms before claiming an offer.
• Your real-money balance must be used up before wagering with bonus balance.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled and accounts being closed.
• fd66 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses in cases of suspicious bonus activity.
• Winnings generated from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits & Rules

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a software or connection issue, fd66 will attempt to restore the game from the last saved state. fd66 reserves the right to void any incorrect bet results displayed as a consequence of a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

Various markets are available in sports betting — such as cricket, football, or kabaddi match markets. fd66's decision shall be final in all disputes regarding results. If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.

• Colluding with other users to defraud the platform.

• Harassing, intimidating, or using abusive language toward other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fd66 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of fd66 or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written permission from fd66 is prohibited.
• A limited, non-exclusive licence is granted for personal and non-commercial use.
• fd66's trademarks or brand name may not be used for any commercial purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

fd66 always strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, fd66's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues with third-party services.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence.
• Faults in third-party software or services.

In any circumstance, fd66's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by fd66

fd66 may close an account immediately or with notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Extended period of inactivity (as per the applicable policy).

10.2 Closure by the User
